We recognize that you are the trusted experts in determining your customers’ needs and establishing the most effective solutions for their circumstances. Together, we can help to protect them further through the implementation of technology that supports Business Continuity principles and legislative requirements while developing new recurring revenue streams that will benefit both of our organizations. We are committed to assisting our Partners with the development of joint marketing programs and sales tools designed to supplement product knowledge and to reinforce sales efforts.
Partnering with Fortress gives you the flexibility to do as much or as little as you want. Choose to entertain the fulfillment process from start to finish in order to take advantage of all the consulting opportunities or, you can pass the lead to Fortress for follow up. In either case you will receive commissions for all Fortress related product sales and consultation for the life of that client as long as the Partner/Reseller agreement is in effect.

To yield the most from this program we recommend that you fully service your own clients and take advantage of all consulting work revealed through the introduction of Business Continuity processes within your area of expertise. Fortress will provide the required training and assist you with identifying continuity objectives and applying our technologies until you are capable of completing this process in its entirety. Where detailed Business Continuity Consulting is required, we shall provide the service while including you in the areas that complement your expertise.

The products and services Fortress currently offers under this program are as follows:
Business Continuity/PIPEDA Consulting
Fortress will provide the majority of the consulting work for this service. This is due to our accreditation and it being our primary area of business. However, you will be involved in all aspects that relate to your expertise. These projects are billed hourly and you will receive an hourly commission on all time billed to the client. This is for the life of the client as long as the Partner/Reseller Agreement is in effect.
Remote Backup Service (RBS) and Remote Archiving Service (RAS)
You can provide all the consulting, needs analysis and installation for this service at your own rates and retain all revenues for this part of the process. Fortress will provide training until a level of experience and comfort is achieved. You will receive a recurring monthly commission for this service for the life of the client as long as the Partner/Reseller Agreement is in effect.
Business Recovery and Insurance Claims Kit Service (BRICK)
You can provide all the consulting, needs analysis, pickups, deliveries and installation for this service at your own rates and retain all revenues for this part of the process. Fortress will provide training until a level of experience and comfort is achieved. You will receive a recurring monthly commission for this service for the life of the client as long as the Partner/Reseller Agreement is in effect. This service does not include the purchase of secured container(s) by the client whose income will not be shared due to the margin being so small. A small fee will be charged to the Partner for Fortress servicing their pickup and delivery requests.
Business Continuity Training and Workshops
You will receive commissions for all clients that attend our workshops or purchase in-house training packages for the life of the client as long as the Partner/Reseller Agreement is in effect.
