Business Plan Competition Announces Fortress a Finalist
January 16, 2009 (LONDON, Ontario) The judging panel for VenturePrize London, the city’s premier business plan competition, announced Fortress Data Vaulting as one of five finalists.

The winners of VenturePrize London will be announced at an awards celebration on February 10, 2009 following the finalists’ presentations to the last judging panel. "We are pleased with the business community’s response to the first year of VenturePrize London," says Nancy Kopriva, chair of the VenturePrize London steering committee. "Our committee is looking forward to the final judges’ decisions and truly thanks those who took the time and effort to submit their business plan."
VenturePrize London features over $45,000 in cash and prizes to be won, with cash and prize packages from sponsors such as Scotiabank, Bizzmail and Lovers AtWork. The business plan competition was developed by four of the city’s economic and business development organizations: The London Economic Development Corporation, Small Business Centre, The Stiller Centre and TechAlliance.
